Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NiceFound. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you use NiceFound for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. What NiceFound is

NiceFound is a platform where employers post jobs and review candidates, and job seekers build profiles and apply. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency, we do not take part in the hiring decision, and we do not guarantee that any job will be filled or that any candidate will be hired.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including that of team members you invite.
One person per candidate account. Do not impersonate anyone or create accounts to evade a suspension.

3. Job seekers

Your profile, résumé and answers must be truthful and you must have the right to share them.
Applying is not a job offer. Any offer, interview or contract is solely between you and the employer.
NiceFound is free for job seekers. No employer may charge you to apply, and you should report any who ask to support@nicefound.com.

4. Employers

Post only real, lawful vacancies that you are authorised to fill, with accurate details including location and pay where shown.
Do not discriminate unlawfully, or post misleading, fraudulent or fee-charging offers.
Use candidate information only to assess, contact and hire candidates, and keep it confidential. Comply with applicable data protection and employment law.
Your plan sets limits such as job posts, team members and features. We may restrict access that exceeds them.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

scrape or copy the site by automated means, other than search engines that follow robots.txt;
upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing or infringes anyone's rights;
send spam, or use candidate data to market unrelated products;
probe, disrupt or bypass the security, rate limits or plan limits of the service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload, including profiles, résumés and job posts. You give NiceFound a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to operate the service, including showing it to the employers or candidates you interact with. You promise you have the right to give us that licence.

7. Plans, trials and payments

Employer plans are billed through Razorpay at the price and period shown at checkout. Taxes are added where applicable.
A free trial, where offered, is available once per organisation. When a trial or plan ends the account moves to the plan stated at that time, and an expired account becomes read-only until renewed.

8. AI features

AI-assisted features, such as résumé reading, suggestions and match scores, can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are aids, not advice. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it.

9. Third-party services

Sign-in through Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn, payments through Razorpay, and links to employer or other sites are governed by those parties' own terms. We are not responsible for them.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using NiceFound and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, put others or the service at risk, or if the law requires.

11. Disclaimers and liability

NiceFound is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings, employers or candidates are accurate or suitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceFound is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, income or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you, and continued use after the effective date means you accept it.
